Emergency Services Day - June 17th in Mitchell

Posted by Perth County Emergency Management on Friday, June 9th, 2017

On Saturday June 17, 2017 an Emergency Services Day will be occurring at the Municipality of West Perth offices located at 169 St David Street (Mitchell) between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Emergency Services Day will bring together professionals from police, fire, paramedic services, victim services, and other front line emergency service providers, allowing the public a chance to interact and learn from them. This will also allow these represented agencies to showcase their emergency equipment and explain their role in our community.

The West Perth Fire Department will have fire safety displays and the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) will have an OPP canine unit. Perth Paramedic Services will also have their Emergency Support Unit on display.

Organizations participating will include:

  • Municipality of West Perth
  • Victim Services Bruce Grey Perth
  • West Perth Fire Department
  • Perth County Paramedic Services
  • Perth County Emergency Management
  • Perth County OPP
  • London Search and Rescue (LSAR)

Come out and meet some of our emergency services personnel and partners who proudly serve in our community.
