Application For Consent and Public Meeting

TO: Applicable agencies and all assessed owners within 60 metres of the subject property as required under the provisions of the Planning Act.

PUBLIC MEETING: Date: Monday, October 31, 2016 Time: 9:30 a.m. Location: Council Chamber, 3rd Floor, Room 301 Perth County Court House, 1 Huron St., Stratford

SUBJECT PROPERTY: Applicant/Owner: Joanne Marie Subject Municipality: Municipality of North Perth Location: Part Lot 1, Concession 13, Being Part 1 & 2 on 44R-1518, Elma Ward (6607 Road 173)

PURPOSE AND EFFECT OF APPLICATION NO. B30/16: To create a new lot by severing approximately 12.13 acres with an existing house and metal clad building for agricultural related industrial use, while retaining 87.87 acres with an existing metal clad shed. The proposed severed and retained parcels were originally two separate lots which were merged by Right of Survivorship.

FURTHER NOTIFICATION: Following the Public Meeting, the Notice of Decision will be mailed to the applicant and applicable agencies. If you wish to be notified of the decision of the County of Perth Land Division Committee in respect of the proposed consent, you must make a written request to the Land Division Secretary-Treasurer at or prior to the public meeting.

If a person or public body that files an appeal to a decision of the County of Perth Land Division Committee in respect of the proposed consent does not make written submission to the County of Perth Land Division Committee before it gives or refuses to give a provisional consent, the Ontario Municipal Board may dismiss the appeal.

Only individuals, corporations and public bodies may appeal decisions in respect of applications for consent to the Ontario Municipal Board. A notice of appeal may not be filed by an unincorporated association or group. However, a notice of appeal may be filed in the name of an individual who is a member of the association or group on its behalf. Appeal forms and additional information can be obtained from the OMB website at www.elto.gov.on.ca or 1-866-448-2248.
